I have tried to keep an open mind but I'm getting worried myself now after hearing so many horror stories. I spent £85 and if my order is not here by Saturday I will be stuffed (but sadly not with food... from a lovely hamper) :rotfl:

I'm not going to ring UK MAIL. Someone said they were put on hold for over 10 minutes and frankly I've incurred enough costs! Is there any guarantee we will get them on the day the goods get placed in the vans anyway?

i was on hold for 10mins yesterday they were quick answering this morning !
saves me hanging about all day or asking the neighbours to keep an eye out for me
its getting past a joke now, hope some of us are lucky today

I'm so sorry that lots of you are still waiting on your hampers, not what you need with only a week until Christmas.

I feel lucky(and guilty) that mine arrived last week. Don't know what i would have done otherwise.

Keeping everything crossed that all yours arrive in the next couple of days.
