What annoys me (a bit) is this whole attitude of 'once the hampers have left us then it's not our fault.' Here's an example:

Hi, I've just seen on twitter that the person whose tweets are in your example is asking how to get her tweets and photo off MSE.

I haven't been following the thread since going away for the weekend, so sorry if I've got the wrong end of the stick but you may not have seen the message on twitter so I just thought I'd pass it on.

Hope everyone's hampers arrive today :)

Well I got mine delivered today. I got my hubby to phone yesterday as having been blocked on Twitter I didn't feel confident to phone. Hubby wouldn't get off the phone til he had a tracking number! Then they were put in the system as ready to be collected. So despite an assurance they were dispatched last Wed then again on Fri they were still with them! No wonder I couldn't get a tracking number!

The hampers themselves are really good, lots of content, proper size jars and puddings etc. The just add cheese one is really good. Cellophane is ripped on about 1/2 of them but apart from that really good!

Sadly I had to replace 6 of them that were intended as gifts as they were just too late! Delivery first week of December imo is just that!

It is a real shame that imo the company tried to run before walking and in offering such poor customer service have alienated the very people that could have become loyal customers.

I hope that everyone gets their hampers in time and would just add that I really don't think mine would be here but for the tweeting , badgering and phoning and maybe it is sadly the polite people that are just waiting that could be let down in the end. (hopefully not!)

    Merry Christmas x

You must be the only one who will use this company again then.

Well I've not had a despatch email so I guess there is no point in phoning the delivery company.

Try - I have had no email but out for delivery xxx

Maybe because he's told the person whose tweets are shown on here that hers are being sent out today. ;)

I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and have been really patient. However, as they won't even reply to me I think I am going to have a Paypal claim.
If they just communicated I would be more flexible.
