  • I ordered the Christmas Goodies 3+3 back in October.

I have emailed them and got the standard response that others have. I emailed UKMail yesterday and they have no parcels for me. I have also tweeted NHC and they haven't replied.

Like others have said, its the communication that is annoying me, I don't need them until Friday but I work full time and I need to know now if I need to book time off work to go and replace the hampers!

Yes, I'm wondering at what point do we give up waiting and go out to buy replacement presents?
  • Just has a reply to my email Neil saying mine will be with me tomorrow, he's given me a tracking code too, so fingers crossed.
    I love this place :j:T:j

How did you contact UK MAIL? I'm scared to ask if I'm honest!

I think that there's a email address for them somewhere also? Only on her for a quick min or i'd look for ya!

Hi, I've just seen on twitter that the person whose tweets are in your example is asking how to get her tweets and photo off MSE.
The tweets being on MSE is neither here nor there as everyone on the planet who has internet access can read everything they post on twitter (if they really have nothing better to do with their time) unless the account.is protected.
If they are concerned about privacy it may be helpful to point them towards the relevant part of the twitter help section.

  • I haven't heard anything about expected delivery dates yet and wondered if someone could tell me what the timescale for claiming a refund via paypal would be please.

I had to last week, otherwise family members with travel plans would have been without a gift.
Just as well I did as although my hampers were "only" a week late, they were significantly underfilled going by the advertised contents against the 'subtituted items.
( A subsitute should be an item of a comparable size or value according to the Distance Selling Regs).

Added: apparently this thread is being monitored by the police according to the NHCo twitter feed. So every broken contract (= promise to complete a business transaction) is being monitored too. I'm happy to state that I am still waiting for the NHCo to contact me about the disrecpancy between the advertised deal I paid for and the incomplete and late deal I was sent.

I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and have been really patient. However, as they won't even reply to me I think I am going to have a Paypal claim.
If they just communicated I would be more flexible.

I take it that's you he's replied to on Twitter saying they'll be sent today?

All I can say is got one delivery today and hampers in it are absolutely lovely - another box in transit but not arrived yet as driver said we're two boxes but only one on van! - they were sundry hampers that Neil made up for me t give to hostels/foodbanks and some of my Xmas hampers from original deal.

I can honestly say I am not disappointed with the contents of ANY of the hampers - credit where credit is due!
