How can I read the posts on Twitter without having an account? When I google Norfolk Hamper Company Twitter, I can only get the tweets made by NHC, so I don't know what they are in reply to. I'd like to read the tweets that NHC are receiving.

You can also put into the search (the little magnifying glass icon) thenhcompany and it comes up with all tweets they are mentioned in. As Neil blocked me I am unable to see their tweets at all now so is the onlt way I could keep up with what was happening apart from on here!! Charming isn't it!

Makes me very sad that businesses don't want to communicate with customers and obviously think that because they got lots of orders off mse they don't have to make an effort cos next year when they have a deal it will be posted on her and a whole load of new people will order. Plus he is keeping the local orders sweet, no complaints from any of them.

I'm in Norfolk but have posted several times about the problems I've had. Still no hampers today after being promised they would be sent last wednesday so I'm going to look into my options tomorrow.

Was told my hampers were dispatched on Monday... can't be bothered now asking or waiting- and too late for a Paypal case... been a steep learning curve for me and one I won't be repeating...

What a shame sadly I fear most of us will be doing this, wish I had a stash for alternative gifts. I managed to get a replacement for today as I needed one but really cannot afford the time or money now to replace the others.

Neither worked for me , but thank you for trying to help.

I followed the link on frugal shopper's post, but it only showed tweets by NHC and there were no options to view conversation or expand.

When I used the search function, as suggested by Tippitytoppity, I get just one post.

I am using my son's iPad, but this shouldn't make a difference should it?

I'm off to Slimming World now, but will check back later.

So they should. Should have done it a long time ago.

I was told mine would arrive yesterday or today. No sign of anything.

I still have time to open a dispute with Paypal & will do so if not received by Friday as do not hold much hope after that.

Feel really sorry for those who were wanting them for presents and have been put to the expense & time of replacing them.
