I'm in the same boat as everyone else - no hampers (despite ordering in October), no communication, emails being ignored etc. etc.
BUT
have just come back from my son's school play where I won a beautiful hamper of goodies donated by reception class - chocs, biscuits, conserves, even children's games and a separate hamper full of Sanctuary goodies! Not bad for £2 worth of raffle tickets!
I'm still really annoyed by the whole NHC experience but at least my hamper fetish has been satisfied!!
Good luck to everyone still waiting for their deliveries - fingers crossed they will be here soon and will be as lovely as we hope!0 -
Even if you have had your hampers delivered, you can still open a Paypal dispute with the company if the goods aren't what you ordered. Irrespective of what they say on their site about reserving the right to substitute items, they MUST be of equal value. If they aren't, as in the case of one poster on here who got tiny jars of conserve instead of the full size, then you can register a "goods not as described" dispute and paypal are obliged to look into it.0

Hi There
I've been signed up the MSE e-mails for a few years now and have never posted but the flippin' hoo-har with all of these missing hampers has made me register purely so I can post this and let off a bit of steam!
I have been 'fobbed off' for a few weeks now as my deliveries should have all have been received in the first week of December. I have received one of these (which although was not what I had ordered I was really pleased with the contents and spoke to Neil to tell him that I had fully supported his business even after reading lots of negative comments)
Fast forward 2 more weeks and I've been lied to in two more phone calls as I was told they'd been dispatched last Friday and I would 'definitely' receive them Monday or Tuesday at the lastest....GUESS WHAT? when I finally got through on the phone they are being sent out today (Tuesday 18th December)
I told Neil that I needed these like erm last week at the latest and that I did not appreciate being lied to. In short I've said that if I haven't taken delivery of my remaining hampers by 4pm tomorrow that he can recall the order and I want a full refund immediately (that's if I can get through on the permanently engaged phone line) Although he said they're sent out next day he passed the responsibility to the delivery company but I've said I must have them tomorrow. This is just not good enough and I feel let down considering I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Don't make promises you can't keep.
Phew I know it's like War & Peace but I just had to get that off my chest lol!0 -
Just received mine 3+3 Christmas goodies. Haven't had a proper look but Christmas basket has definetely not got in it what I paid for. If anything less than the other photos I've seen posted. Will report back later.
This was the deal I ordered.

No pretty ribbons, no gift tags and no extras eg the mince pies slotted through the handle that some people had.
List of expected contents/what was actually in the hamper: post 698.
The 'Just add cheese' was the best BUT no Port Chutney, just onion as a substitute - hardly exciting. No photo of that basket.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
I'm waiting for this deal too...I've just tried to open your link to the pic but I can't seem to x
oops scrap that it's worked now lol!0 -
really don't know what to do - phone line is constantly engaged and they are not replying to twitter. I have a few days left to raise a dispute with paypal (within their 45 day timescale - but still really, really wantying these to turn up - otherwise I have a BIG problem with Christmas presents this year....0

You can always close a paypal dispute if the hampers arrive to your satisfaction in the mean time.0

Still no hampers for me today, no response to tweet again or email. Seriously considering now opening a PayPal dispute too. I can't handle this mess every month hampers are due out in the deal.0
