It seems the ONLY person who got the promised Port Chutney was the local woman whose husband collected her
"beautifully wrapped" hampers. No surprise there then.

and Cutho who if i was a betting man would have laid money on her getting her hampers after the charm offensive she led on behalf of this company - and telling everyone they would get there hampers and dont be so hard on them.
So wheres the pictures then Cutho pls

Ive tried to stay positive during this fiasco but even this would test the patience of a saint
i think a lot would say its bad enough not getting the goods its the fact that there's so much conflicting information that decent customers of his company has been getting
all people ever want is the truth even if its - we've messed up but well get it sorted
some wise man once said if a deal is too good to be true .... well you know the rest

He has now updated Twitter to say they have closed the shop until after Christmas in order to get these bloody hampers out. That sounds to me like they aren't going to be able to get them all out tomorrow after all. It's just one bit of !!!!!!!! after another I'm afraid.

I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:
  • Apparently they are closing the shop now until after Xmas to get the packing done on twitter!

  • You have to smile, wryly, at the blurb on their website:

I just sent him a E-mail and got one back again saying there not dealing with any e-mails :(

Can you IMAGINE if Tesco or M&S turned round and said that they're no longer responding to queries?! Very unprofessional and disappointing. Dp is now mocking me for ordering and we have been out and bought all the bits that should have been in the hamper as I dont want to be having to brave the shops any closer to christmas than today, it was bad enough today.

I really wish that they had continued the seemingly good customer service that they started with and been honest. I'm sure they've heen trying to honour all the orders and not let people down but being rude about customers is just not on. Whoever is representing them on twitter is not doing a good job in customer relations..

It says 'you are not authorized to view this page' ... or something similar to that. However, if I log out I can then see all conversations ...

Just a quick question....if I paid through Paypal using my credit card who do I open a dispute with? Sorry if that's a stupid question!

    Thanks x

I phoned up Barclaycard yesterday and they said it was a simple "goods not received" process and that I would get my money back. I paid on 16/9 and the timescale wasn't an issue either.

He's had the flaming cheek to retweet from a customer who spent all day yesterday kissing his !!!! in order to get her hampers sent. It makes my blood boil when he ignores my tweets. I expect he will block me next.
