    Well I've not had a despatch email so I guess there is no point in phoning the delivery company.

    Why should we all be patient? I've seen your posts and I think you are something to do with this shambles of a company. I don't think my 10 hampers I paid for in September will EVER be delivered. I really believe now that my £80 has gone up the swanny and I will be claiming back from my credit card company and Christmas has been ruined by these clowns.
  • The things that makes me most cross is the lack of communication and wasted time sat at home. i don't need mine until tomorrow and would have been quite happy with any delivery day as long as they were here by then but when i rang them last week i was told they were being sent out that day and would me with me the next day so for a week now i have stayed at home or had someone else here if i've had to go out but no hampers have arrived. If they had just said sorry we're really busy they won't be sent out until next week when i'd rung i would of been happy but now i've got loads of things to do but don't feel i can go out and do them and i feel like they lied to me. I really feel for those of you who didn't get them for when you needed them.

    tweeted UKMail and they replied saying they've got a delivery for me so it does look the hampers are on they're way out
