Can I just ask, did people request certain hampers when ordering the 12 + 12 deal or just leave it up to them to choose?

I ordered the 12 + 12 deal and asked if I could have 2 + 2 before Christmas and delivery after 6th Dec as I would be away, and they confirmed this would be fine. I see now that I need not have worried about them coming early though, but got wondering whether I was supposed to let them know my selections, or just take pot luck. TIA

Yes I did request my first two hampers (chose fruit and chocolate) , which they acknowledged by email but havent received the hampers yet so dont know if they took any notice of my request (told me they would be delivered by 14th).

Then I think we have to let them know beginning of each month what 2 hampers we want for end of that month iyswim. :)

    truth is
he has bitten of more than he can chew
so unless my parcel has been lost in transit, which i have no way of checking, he has lied to me twice
once at the end of november, saying yes no problem you will recieve your parcel 1st week of december
and then last week by saying you will recieve end of the week
makes no difference to me as i wanted them for gifts for last sunday so had to go out and buy the gifts that i needed so unless i donate them somewhere they are only going to be stuck in a corner somewhere
once bitten twice shy, will not be ordering again if there was a problem would have much rather he said and not keep us all hanging on

Which ones have you ordered? Maybe you could use some for mothers day? or birthdays or valentines. Or if you live near me I could buy some off you to put away for mothers day :D

As long as I get mine next week (I'm guessing now that they won't arrive by tomorrow lunchtime when we go away) it will be okay.

If your question is regards delivery of the hamper deals, these will be sent no later than the 14th of December. We can not give an exact date for delivery but you will be notified by the courier when your delivery is on the way. Please be patient we are working very hard in getting these out for you,but if we have to keep answering emails and calls this is putting us more behind.

Please also note we are getting lots of calls regarding the Hampers as stated in the terms and conditions pictures are for illustration purposes only ie (the sweet hamper) & products may vary.
