I ordered mine way back in August to take advantage of the fact i was only paying £50 instead of the £100!
I too am still waiting. I was told first week of December. Great I thought, no panic. The week went by. I called last Thursday and was told it had gone out and would be with me on the Friday or Saturday. That week has been and gone and I've called again today and guess what? Told the same!! I've already taken a week out of work unpaid to stay home 'just in case' it arrived during the week.
My order status is still only showing processing and isn't even reflecting the fact that I've paid the full balance!!!
I was looking forward to receiving my hamper, but now I'm not so sure as I can see it being nothing like what was listed!
I'm non too impressed with the level of customer service either! I sent e-mails that went unanswered and i can see others having lots of issues with it too. I appreciate that it's a busy time of year but surely you would employ extra staff so it's less stressful and so that orders get out on time, I've seen posts where they have arrived too late for the intended and folk are having to buy stuff!
I won't be ordering again either, which is a shame as I feel that new businesses need support but in this case I shan't. Also maybe someone could direct them onto a customer services course?!!!!

what bugs me more than anything is that most of these hampers could have been made up weeks and weeks in advance
seems they have left everything till the last minute
anyway folks fingers crossed for us all today0 -
Thanks Lolly3
Xmas pudding is 350g not 454g
Jam is 113g not 340
Lemon curd is 113g as well
No ginger biscuits
shortbread total 160
and iced cake normal size in shops ( no weight on it)
Tried to upload picture but no very good with technology
It just seems so small for what was advertised so will have to pack it out a bit, lovely hamper cases though. Should of thought it would too good to be true, but what should i expect at £55.00 :rotfl:
Forgot to add the other 2 were as advertised but no Port Chutney but Onion chutney instead.
Thanks again0 -
Also, kept advertising new deals! think he's generated way to many orders to cope with!0

Dashed to Home Bargains after my baby group this mornng- managed to get lots of lovely goodies (sweeties, non alcoholic ginger beer bottles, uncle joes mintballs in a tin, lots of lovely licquorice packs) and 6 baskets for less than £30... still no sign of my hampers but at least I've got an alternative now and if they do come I can pad them out or scoff the remainder myself... yum yum yum0
