We got 4 delivered today, with a note to say the other 4 are out of stock and it could be January.

Not sure on the exact wording as they have been delivered to my wife at work. When she gets in I'll post the wording.

If I remember correctly though the last 4 were originally meant to be sent out in January, so no problem with me there.

Not seen the hampers yet but the note says.

    Dear Customer

Please find enclosed your retro sweet hampers for the month of November along with the Christmas hampers we have sent early for you to enjoy over the festive period. i spoke to them today and they are working through orders
mine is coming thursday friday and they are allowing me 4 out of the 24 to come before xmas
  • I don't remember it saying anywhere you would get the retro sweets hampers that are listed on the website, it just said retro sweets. Does anyone have a screenshot of the original 6 hampers for £79.99 & £10 extra to double up? I got the retro sweet hampers but I really don't think they are only worth a couple of quid like some people are saying.

I have received an email replying to my request for a refund due to them arriving later than promised, and they have said I can only have a credit note as they have ordered their stock, and there are no cancellations after 14 days. I do understand that, but why would i have cancelled within 14 days when I was under the impression that they would arrive in the first week of December when I actually needed them? I didn't realise the delivery times wouldn't be honoured until a couple of days back. I guess those timescales were only guidelines. So, that is a lesson learned by me. I appreciate they are busy and are trying to do their best, and that for some people a delivery nearer to Christmas is fine, but for me it just isn't.

Totally agree, I've not chased them up yet since I originally emailed with my hamper choices. I will however do the same if they haven't arrived by the end of the week.

If you needed them urgent & were told you'd get them first week in December then I would push for a refund. They are at fault by delivery late.
