On the deal I ordered it said retro sweet hampers and actually showed a picture of one of their hampers.0

I ordered the Festive goodies(3 plus 3 free) and the deal was for 2 galaxy, 2 cheese and 2 of the xmas baskets. Did you ask for something different to what was advertised?
Sorry Poppie, you're right. It was the 2 choc, 2 cheese, 2 christmas.
Like others have said, they have not been bad value for what was paid, but they are not what was advertised. At the point of buying to 69.99 deal plus £10 for another, the hampers listed were all named the same as one on the website with equal values. It was therefore a logical assumption that that is what we would get. Also, a few people asked for theirs early and IIRC, they got hampers identical to ones on the website. In the case of the retro sweets, this meant lots of 100g bags of sweets as well as all the loose stuff in the bottom.
It is such a shame that we have been left feeling bad about this though. I hope they turn it around.0 -

I ordered the 12 hamper deal & The Christmas Collection (6 hampers) on 17th November.
Have not chased them as accepted they must be busy but I did expect them last week as it stated delivery in 1st week of December.
Busy or not they should not make promises they cannot keep. Also I hope that the contents are as advertised or I shall be shouting even louder. I do not think there is any excuse for sending baskets that have items missing & no suitable substitute given0 -

Does anyone have a screenshot of the original 6 hampers for £79.99 & £10 extra to double up? I got the retro sweet hampers but I really don't think they are only worth a couple of quid like some people are saying.
Well they showed a picture of the retro sweet hamper that was £30 at the time and said it would be worth £30 so I naively thought it would be similar if not exactly the same.
MIne had in it
1 dib dab
2 Double Dips
1 Sherbet Fountain
1 Fiz Wiz
I rainbow drops
2 flumps
2 small drumsticks
5 double lollies(small)
4 other lollies
A handful of black jacks and fruit salads
2 miniature love heart packets
5 straws with sherbet in them
err that's it. This was all on top of a bit of red tissue paper. I could buy that lot for a few quid at the local sweet shop.
I was expecting a couple of bags of 100g of cola cubes or sherbet lemons things like that0 -
Unfortunately Dodo, they need to redeem themselves. I have already received substandard retro sweet hampers, Christmas hampers nowhere near the value of £49.99 and an incomplete apple juice hamper without the cider vinegar. I am awaiting another deal, the 3 + 3 and the rest of the original deal. i have complained and am awaiting resolution of the substandard hampers received so far.0

I thought the 3+3 page said they would be sent out in the first week, so I wouldn't have expected them before today or tomorrow anyway - I could be mistaken though, and haven't got a screenshot of the page.52% tight0 -

That was my understanding too - first week of December, which was plenty of time to send one on the long distance rellies who have interesting plans for the week before Xmas. Burrm.I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0
