I am sure that they will arrive next week please be patient and think how busy they have been and also think what you have paid for each hamper we have got some really good deals what i have received i am happy with the hamper baskets alone would be alot to buy I have been promised that mine will arrive nxt week will keep you informed

They've said on Twitter that all the limited edition deals have been sent out, so they're working their way through it all

If your question is regards delivery of the hamper deals,these will be delivered no later than the 14th of December.We can not give an exact date for delivery but you will be notified by the courier when your delivery is on the way.Please be patient we are working very hard in getting these out for you,but if we have to keep answering emails and calls this is putting us more behind.

I'm sorry to have to ask for help on this but I have tried to do a search to now avail (and this is a long thread to read from start to finish!) I am in the same boat in that I haven't received my order yet, and wanted it for the first week of December. I am trying to re allocate them as presents for others, but can't remember what was actually in my deal - I ordered the festive special for £79.99 (I believe there were 6 various hampers). If anyone has any idea as to what I will receive then I would be most grateful! Thank you!

Sorry I don't know, I didn't order that one.

It says in the above email that you'll be notified by the couriers when your order's on its way, that sounds good So it's no different to ordering from anywhere else really

dont remember anyone else on here saying they had got a email about delivery but i could be wrong !
uk mail has just delivered down my way nothing for me so i suppose that means another wait tomorrow lol

We got 4 delivered today, with a note to say the other 4 are out of stock and it could be January.

Not sure on the exact wording as they have been delivered to my wife at work. When she gets in I'll post the wording.

If I remember correctly though the last 4 were originally meant to be sent out in January, so no problem with me there.
