A couple of people asking where their hampers are this morning on twitter.

The reply they got was they will be with you next week.

I think the most annoying thing is they can't give you an exact day(which other companies seem to be able to do or at least give you the option to pick a certain date) and they don't reply to emails.

It is unrealistic to think that people can just sit in and wait for them all to arrive. Most people work and it's a hassle and a worry trying to guess when they may arrive. My main worry is if i am out when they come i have then got to try and re-arrange a delivery when i can get someone to be here (which apart from neighbours who also work i don't really have anyone)or i can take time from work which this close to Christmas is a nightmare.

I was so looking forward to my hampers arriving but now i am beginning to wish i hadn't bothered.
Not sure if i would use them again which is sad because their hampers do look great.

I think that they are just a small company that's took on too much, I'm sure they will learn from it.

I'm really pleased with every hamper I have had from them and they are excellent value for what ive paid, just want to know when I'm likely to get the rest.

They haven't learnt from it at all. They struggled to deliver the 2nd and 3rd hampers of the original deal (6 for £69.99 or 12 for £79.99) as described or on time. Rather than sort that out they then launch another massive offer which then appears to have impacted even further on those customers.

I'm 250 miles from home, giving "emergency presents" to family because my hampers have not been delivered as promised. To add insult to injury emails go unanswered and I'll no doubt get home to discover the hampers have arrived while I've been gone, and I shall have all manner of things at home that should be in houses up here!!

I understand the "new company", "short staffed" excuses, and would give some leeway if only they didn't keep repeating the same mistakes!!!

Response to my email this morning

They are due to leave leave us the early part of next week.sorry for the delay.

I've emailed back to say why does it keep changing and that my question about changes to hamper when I ordered wasn't answered.

Has answered, they have my changes on their paperwork, fingers crossed for delivery sometime next week then.
    I love this place :j:T:j

I've come back to this thread after ordering the 12+12 deal and awaiting my first two hampers. From reading all the posts it does seem that they have taken on a mammoth task which they may not have been fully prepared for.

I can understand there may be delays with specialised or large bulk orders but those who have ordered the standard hampers offered on their site should surely have been able to have them on the advised delivery date of the first week of December? Especially those who ordered a deal in the middle of the year, this gives them plenty of time to get stock in and standard hampers packaged.

Well here's keeping fingers crossed everyone gets their hampers safely and shortly!

I am expecting delivery of 8 hampers from the 12 hamper deals early next week. ( i have 4 deals)
I have every confidence that they will arrive next week and will be more than the value I have paid for them. I am realistic about what to expect for the money paid and will take into account the time spent putting these hampers together and packaging materials.
Some people are disappointed with the service received but so far I have no complaints.
I am having my hampers delivered to 4 different addresses, another plus point for me .

I'm realistic too about what to expect for the money paid etc...I have just ordered the 12 + 12 deal and have them going to Parents and Inlaws as an extra surprise so it does not matter if they arrive late for me.
    Have lots more ‘Pending’
    But total money I’ve received from Cashback Sites by performing 'Daily Clicks' is ;
    APRIL 2007 - JAN 2008 = £2,800:money:

I can't see it. They've still got the 6-month deal on the website with a 'buy' option though, and that says it ends on the 5th. The chocolate and sweets deal that I bought is still on there. I was happy with that.

I'm waiting for a 6-hamper deal (2 cheese, 2 galaxy and 2 christmas) but I won't panic yet as they've said delivery by the 14th and I don't need them early.
