I can't even remember what is in the christmas hamper worth £100 and the page is gone now i ordered about 30th August and my order just says processing on the site.
I always make sure I copy and paste and email the details to myself so I know what to expect as once they have enough orders they take the deal page away

Biscuitmad: Yours had iced fruitcake plus mince pies extra to mine. i'm not sure what they are doing to make up the value, but considering the 34.99 hamper on their website has more in it, I think it is the least that could be expected. I an waiting for the 3 + 3 deal too, hopefully with the apple cider vinegar and some extras to make up the Christmas hampers to the correct value.
Cutho: I understand what you are saying about the amount we have paid etc, but the company advertised a £49.99 hamper as part of the deal. so it is reasonable to expect this to be honoured. Seems the too good to be true brigade may have had a point.
I do not dispute they are lovely people etc, etc. However I think they have just taken too much on to be honest and can't keep up with demand or even recall details of the deals advertised.0 -

I think you could well be right, bitten off more than they can chew springs to mind.
It's a real shame though that some are disappointed as it means they won't order again and they will lost custom in the long run.
I have a list of everything that are in mine, i am glad i did that as what i ordered is no longer showing on the website.0 -
That's it in a nutshell Poppie. I so want to keep on ordering from them as I know they can be great, but not until the current issues are resolved. The contents of the picnic deal for anyone who has forgotten should be
6 Hampers in total, 1 per month over the next 6 months for £69.99. OR you can add a second deal for another £10. You only pay one p&p charge which was less than £3.
Month 1 Picnic Hamper (value of £29.99)
Month 2 Thorntons Hamper (value of £20.00)
Month 3 Apple juice and preserve hamper (value of £27.99)
Month 4 Retro Sweet hamper (value of £29.99)
Month 5 Surprise Christmas hamper filled with all christmas goodies (value of £49.99)
Month 6 Jam lover Hamper filled with 6 of our best selling preserves (value of £29.49)
It says a free Sweet Hamper will be sent with the Christmas Hamper.
Let's hope they manage to sort everyone out.0 -
