I am waiting for xmas hampers x 2 and jams, sweets, etc. as part of the picnic hamper deal too during Dec . . . xmas hampers have a value of £49 . . . is this the same one you have itemised for us?

I have phoned to complain about my two Christmas hampers from the original deal and am still waiting for resolution. I got a tiny pudding (for one), a jar of cranberry sauce, jar of brandy sauce, jar of chutney, jar of jam and 2 mini packs of biscuits each containing two biscuits. That's it. For a supposed value of £49.99. I was gutted and it is nowhere close to pictures of £49 hampers on their site. I am also still waiting for the free sweet hampers, the cider vinegar from the apple juice hampers and the jam hamper. I have ordered the 3+3 deal and hope I get as good as the ones posted above. I won't be ordering again though until the first deal is honoured as advertised.

I agree with what someone on here said about people placing more recent orders getting preferential treatment. My order was placed on 5th November and I was told due to food allergies I would be emailed within 14 days to let me know what was planned to go in the £50 Christmas Hampers. I didn't get an email and I haven't had a response to any of the 6 emails I have now sent. I have tried and tried to call them but nobody is answering the phone. I will be really cross if they send the Hampers out having arranged BEFORE I placed my order that I could swap some of the contents. Grrr etc.

I ordered on 6th October. Order still shown as 'processing'. A few more days and I shall have to start panicking.

same here if by tommorrow afternoon i havent got mine will have to go out and buy gifts ready for sunday
then i shall be stuck with the hampers when they turn up

Where does your order show as 'processing'? I dont think I opened an account as such, I think I just placed an order using paypal.

Just to let people know, I managed to get through on the phone this morning and the lady (forgot to ask her name) was really lovely and helpful and said she will deffo email the contents of the £50 hampers today. When I find out what will be in them I will post on here to let others know. I have asked them not to post anything yet as I need to see what's in the baskets due to food allergies and they have made a note of that for me. So, apart from it taking me a while to actually speak to someone, they seem really helpful and friendly.

I'm pleased you finally got through.

Mine are due today and I'm so excited, I'm like a kid at Christmas.

On their twitter they say nov orders are going out today, i wouldn't expect your order status to chnage much tho as there so busy and it has to be done manually.
