    What ones you getting dodo?

I am getting the remaining 6 hampers from original deal plus sweets jars I think then my first hamper from 12 month deal ( have asked for chili not Xmas one) and then hope to get another 12 hampers which will go to local foodbank/ hospice in time for Xmas ( company has kindly agreed to send all 12 in one go and in return I have agreed that I don't want specific contents - hence why I think I will get end of nxt week as will use up their leftover stock.)

I am sure that whatever I get will bring a smile to people's faces who are struggling x
  • Haven't phoned so someone else will be along with the phone number - but the email addy i use is sales@thenorfolkhampercompany.co.uk and I have had very prompt replies from that address. Suggest you mark them as URGENT for attention prior to order dispatch or something as prominent. I think they are probably trawling through all the orders systematically trying to sort each one out. Good luck:T
:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:

Just tried to call again for the 8th time today and got no reply.

Could people please tell me what phone number and email address they are using please? I haven't even had the bog standard 'we will reply within 48 hours' email. Thank you.

I have been using the one shown on the contact us page of their website.
I have sent 2 emails today and both of them i have had the we will contact you within 48 hours response. Mind you it took nearly 4 hours to even get that reply.

No. I am trying the phone number on the website and the email address sales@thenorfolkhampercompany.co.uk

I will try again tomorrow. I have some DIY to do and I can't sit on the computer/phone all day!

Wish NHC could update their view order pages to show when the hampers are dispatched!!!

Mine still says 'processing' for the order I've received. They're probably just really busy - if I lived locally I'd nip round on my day off and offer to give them a hand :D

  • I picked my hamper up and have given a list of hampers I would like over the next few months as have the 12 months deal, I picked my hamper up with my sister @diddldonna they are so welcoming, I drive past the shop most days and the lights are on very late in the shop sometimes gone 10pm so they must be sorting through all the hampers. I opted to pick my hampers up as i live just down the road from them so couldn't see the point in paying postage I have nipped in a few times and they are away willing to answer your questions I haven't called but did email them and they replyed the same day but that was last month
