this isn't the one I ordered I just ordered 1 christmas hamper to the value of £100 for £50 there was no mention of free hampers or anything, I have found a word document that I obviously pasted into afterwards - This is the deal ,each hamper will be worth £100 invalue but with buying early it will be only £50 per hamper & will containall the Christmas goodies & will arrive in a traditional wicker hamper withour new logo design on finished of with a Christmas bow.The contents willinclude the following plus extras we will put in for you from the team here atThe Norfolk Hamper Company to say thank you for your support throughout theyear.
    Has anyone had this yet?

that's one of the ones i ordered too paid £50 for a Value of £100 hamper and like you ordered it back in august to get the deal first week Dec - and no i haven't yet received mine yet im not panicking today as i have used this company in the past and have has excellent service and products and i also ordered the £45 Christmas goodies hamper in October again for beginning of Dec delivery along with a honey hamper and a preserve basket

im hoping they will be here by next week because like everyone else i too ordered the extra's for presents
i;ll let you know if they all arrive next week as promised and i too would be interested to know what others got in there hampers
im sure it will turn out fine x (crossing fingers and not walking under ladders this weekend LOL )

I think where they;ve went wrong is everyone looking 12/24 at once, i'm sure this is a really busy time for them and this is alot of added pressure when infact the idea of this deal was prob so they'll have orders at quieter times aswell. Saying that i'm glad they did do the 12/24 hampers in one go or else i wouldn't ahve been able to order as the postage costs would have been far to high for them to sustain once a month and it would make my hampers alot more expensive.

I know that they are trying hard to get all the orders out by the 14th but it is annoying not knowing what day they are coming as its not as if its something small that could be left in a safe space.

I've just come on here to check if anyone else hasn't received their hampers yet, and I'm a little disturbed by some of the experiences people are having. Worse still, I ordered a Christmas Deal of 5 hampers (plus 5 free) for £75 but didn't take a screen grab of the hampers so I'm going to struggle to remember what I should have when they do eventually turn up. I must say the experience isn't making me want to use them again.

I too ordered that one and i know what will be in it :)

2 of the honey ones (with the honey pots)
2 christmas baskets (the ones priced at £24.99 on the website)
    2 retro sweet hampers

    Hope that helps. :)
