  • I also bought the 24 hamper deal, phoned my credit card company for some advise but the claims department is closed, going to phone me back in the next 48 hours.Send NHC a reply to their e-mail I know that it wont make a blind bit of difference but it sure made me feel better.

So sorry for anyone still owed anything from this fiasco. Does anyone feel like joining me in complaining about this man's business practices? 2 names, 2 director numbers, 2 dissolved companies and a well documented trail of lies has to be worth investigating doesn't it?

    Hi

Does anyone else find the email a bit strange?

Surely you go in to administration first then an administrator comes in and makes the decision if you are insolvent, and surely anyone still owed money should have the option to list themselves as a creditor?

I have to say i think the email may be another lie, but if its true i would certainly like to list myself as a creditor, what could he have done with all our hard earned money?

It does sound very strange to me too! Having dealt with business accounts for the last 9 years I have never been contacted by the company direct to say this, it is always through the administrator. It sounds like he is trying to go as quietly as possible so he does not do any harm to his future chances of starting up again. At the very least I would expect him to be declared bankrupt, which would definitely make it difficult to obtain any type of credit in the future. It is worth someone talking to a solicitor or the very least Citizens Advice to see of there is any way of chasing him personally for the debt.

someone said they might start up i hope this isnt them if its not someone ought to warn them incase they get mistaken for
BUT i havent seen suffolk hamper before today also couldn't find any contact details for them apart from when u press contact us it goes straight to a email page

After a few minutes detective work....I don't think this company is related to NHCo/Neil.

If you look at their WHOIS results:

    http://www.nominet.org.uk/whois/lookup?query=http%3A//www.suffolk-hampers.co.uk

You can see the registrant's address.

Googling the address brings you to this:

    http://www.yell.com/b/Suffolk+Hampers-Hampers-burystedmunds-IP331RY-7379728/

I noticed a mobile as a contact number.

Googling the contact number brings another contact number into the picture: https://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&safe=off&tbo=d&output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=07816+843778&oq=07816+843778&gs_l=hp.3...423.423.0.1050.1.1.0.0.0.0.76.76.1.1.0.les%3B..0.0...1c.1.6WTUUrp5-TQ&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.41248874,d.d2k&fp=e9fe9caeb27ca466&biw=1600&bih=775

    01473 222161

This number then brings you to a website called Napoli Deli:

Don't think Neil is linked...but then I'm not a private detective. :rotfl:

I'm still owed 2 hampers from the deal from the Summer. All paid for by card. I've not had one personal email regarding my hampers, all just been automated. Much like everyone else I suppose x

Paypal only have the power to freeze their account, but what if there is no money in the account?

well well well what a surprise ah

and after been called nasty by certain posters who claimed he was doing the right thing well where are you all now !!

the posters ( wonder how many fake names Neil used) are nowhere to be seen. They have locked the door and pulled up the drawbridge on their mansion. Looks like they have company though - I suspect they are having tea and cakes with Martin and his gang. The silence from MSE shows exactl;y how much he cares about the little people.

Well Neil ( I am guessing you are still reading this) You have now shown just what a lowlife you are. You have been talking to your customers telling them they would receive their hampers or refunds shortly. AND taking new orders. While all along you knew jsut where you were taking this.

Oh yes, did the Mrs and kids enjoy their holiday? Pity the poor people you gave promises to, skanked havnt been able to enjoy what they paid for as well.

I will be keeping a close eye on your names, ( we know you have done this before) and woe betide I see another of your companies, I will shout it from the rooftops that you will put on an act, that its your first venture and then the woe is Neil everyone is picking on him.

You are what we call here a gob£%&*, a lowlife. You sicken me. I could go on . (________)m please insert your own choic eof words.

Rant over.(sorry) Should FT wish me to remove my post I will do.

PS Neil, dont try Suffolk or Yorkshire hamper companies will you because the word is out there already.

I am so so sorry to see what has happened .I took some stick from that low life when i was telling people to cancel their orders way back in November .All i can say is he was angry at me because i was messing up with hes plans,As i still beleave he planned this from day one.Well Neil this message is for you i will be watching you wont get away with it again.

I'm guessing Martin was too busy acting the smug prat on Countdown.

I remember....you were constantly posting and warning us. Then the majority of us were dismissing what you were saying. If only we had listened to your advice....

You're right....this was planned from day 1. It infuriates me to think that I was talking to this man a few months ago and he was lying at the time.

The series of catastrophic 'errors' during the past few weeks point towards all this being deliberate.

I'd trust an amoeba with £120 of my money rather than Neil.
