Does anybody who contacted the Local Radio Station/Newspaper originally still have a contact there who they could inform of what has happened today I think this idiot should get as much bad publicity as possible as I believe he will start another company up again soon.

He cannot get away with this again! He put his offers all over MSE for months knowing full well he could not fulfill the orders, all he could see was ££££

That would be me, I have had a look through my e-mails & I spoke to a lady called Sophie, & had an e-mail from Paul Mosely too

I will call them back & speak to them again & see what they say didn't admit it was me as it sounded garbled(nerves) & they cut some out so didn't say all I wanted to...
Post back when I get to speak to them!
Hi No. 105 January savings £350
£250 in N/w Flex reg saver
also opened an s&s Orbis Isa with £100
  • I was expecting this to happen, i was lucky that i got my £55 deal by picking my items up.

I also brought the £10 membership and £72 for the 12 month deal, i brought these on 10 Nov through paypal and money taken direct from my debit card through barclays. I did get 2 of my hampers from this deal.

I am outside paypals 45 days and i phoned barclays and they said there is nothing i can do as they dont dispute paypal claims? how come its different for other people or banks. I am really confussed.

    Any ideas would be great.

Edit: just seen others have a problem with barclays too.

I didn't place an order with NHC but......
Can everyone stop with the "I was right" attitude. Just hate seeing anyone ripped off :(

They had to put up with alot of stick themselves from pro-NHC posters when they had legitimate complaints, so I can understand their posts now.

Of course she's aware. She was a director of the last company that went bust owing more than £7k. They know exactly what they are doing.

I paid via paypal but didn't fund it through paypal - they took the money from the bank not my paypal account, so I presume I was using paypal as a proxy service. I don't know that for sure - that's my guess though! I didn't mention paypal to the bank but they could see on the transaction it said paypal-NorfolkHamperCompany. I won't believe I'll get the money back until it's in my account.
