Well Neil ( I am guessing you are still reading this) You have now shown just what a lowlife you are. You have been talking to your customers telling them they would receive their hampers or refunds shortly. AND taking new orders. While all along you knew jsut where you were taking this.

Oh yes, did the Mrs and kids enjoy their holiday? Pity the poor people you gave promises to, skanked havnt been able to enjoy what they paid for as well.

I will be keeping a close eye on your names, ( we know you have done this before) and woe betide I see another of your companies, I will shout it from the rooftops that you will put on an act, that its your first venture and then the woe is Neil everyone is picking on him.

You are what we call here a gob£%&*, a lowlife. You sicken me. I could go on . (________)m please insert your own choic eof words..

    Here, here :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

Just received the email, dreadful, so sorry to all of you still waiting for refunds/hampers, I hope the police prosecute him.

To the people in the area can you keep an eye on the shop please to see what (name) it changes to?
  • HSBC have asked me to try and contact the company, if no luck by tomorrow they will then open a case. I did try to tell them that I wont hear anything but they wouldnt listen.

I shall be calling them again tomorrow.

When you speak to them tomorrow, let them know their webpage states they are no longer trading, it may help.

On their webpage you cannot view anything, there is just a message to say they have ceased trading from today.

I paid the first part of the big Christmas hamper offer in August by paypal (credit card) then rest in October by paypal balance so I've got no chance of getting money back. Still, at least it was just one hamper £54.99 including postage, so I'm alot better off than some people. A lesson learnt....

Anyone still awaiting refunds will have to go via their bank or CC provider or paypal if within 45 days. They are the only options you have now. I feel gutted for those that have lost out genuinely. :(
24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence?
  • Does anybody who contacted the Local Radio Station/Newspaper originally still have a contact there who they could inform of what has happened today I think this idiot should get as much bad publicity as possible as I believe he will start another company up again soon.

He cannot get away with this again! He put his offers all over MSE for months knowing full well he could not fulfill the orders, all he could see was ££££

Probably off on his holiday now. I'm sure he made sure the company paid his wages.
