I did stick up for the company but was also understanding of people that just wanted their money back. I was willing to give them a chance and with hindsight was wrong - but that was my choice. If I lose the money then c'est la vie - there's nothing else I can do.0

You definitely CAN do a chargeback on a visa debit card!:j so those who paid by visa debit card thru PayPal and who are out of the 45 day limit - phone your bank now! Go through the fraud dept ( well in lloyds anyway!). I am raging that they have done this! And to think I actually felt sorry for him and stuck up for the little weasel! I suppose the only consolation is that we know that any company he tries to get involved in will go down the pan due to his total incompetence. His family MUST be SO proud!:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:0 -

Will wait and see what happens? I wish i had followed every one else and asked for a refund instead of giving the parasite a chance!!!!0

Well Neil ( I am guessing you are still reading this) You have now shown just what a lowlife you are. You have been talking to your customers telling them they would receive their hampers or refunds shortly. AND taking new orders. While all along you knew jsut where you were taking this.
Oh yes, did the Mrs and kids enjoy their holiday? Pity the poor people you gave promises to, skanked havnt been able to enjoy what they paid for as well.
I will be keeping a close eye on your names, ( we know you have done this before) and woe betide I see another of your companies, I will shout it from the rooftops that you will put on an act, that its your first venture and then the woe is Neil everyone is picking on him.
You are what we call here a gob£%&*, a lowlife. You sicken me. I could go on . (________)m please insert your own choic eof words.
Rant over.(sorry) Should FT wish me to remove my post I will do.

If it does remember to report him as issuing cheques you cannot fulfil is a criminal offence! Would hate to see him get away with more crime!:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)

Just contacted Tesco CC who were very helpful and will be sending out relevant paperwork and raising claim against NHC. NHC have 45 days to respond: so, sounds like no refund then given their wonderful morals on refunding customers.0
