    Dear Customer



    With regret and after taking legal advice The Norfolk Hamper Company Ltd has ceased trading as from 21-01-13 & is insolvent.

    We are very sorry to all the our customers who have supported us & apologise to you all for any upset and distress this may cause.

    This has been a hard dicision that we have had to make & are genuinely sorry.

    Just had an email through from NHCo - they have ceased trading with effect from today... Looks like any of us still waiting on refunds can whistle for them now.... Thanks a bunch Neil!!! :(

    Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j

    I'm out about 16 hampers :( I too can't get my money back. What a waste of money.
    Everyone has a photographic memory, it's just some of them don't have film.

    Does anyone know if we can obtain a refund through paypal once a company is insolvent?

    Could some of us operate a chargeback if part of the money came from our bank accounts?
