If only!! A few of us seem to be waiting for refund cheques when the new chequebook arrives (!). Will let everyone know if and when I get my refund.;)

Same here, but I actually got a phone call from Neil! He was checking what I'd received (2 orders) and what I'd received a refund for via PayPal (1 order). I'm still owed £74.98 for an order for the "Christmas Special" that I placed on Oct 6th, as I was outside the 45 day time rule for getting a refund via PayPal.

I'm so sorry to hear you are still waiting. I can't believe a chequebook takes that long to arrive.....or does it?

usually less than a week, unless bank are reluctant to issue a new one due to issues with a bank account.

no- no contact, no cheque! Absolutely sick of the Norfolk Hamper Company- debating whether to bite the bullet and start a small claims case... might call in at Citizens Advice if the snow ever stops! :mad:

Just had an email to say Norfolk Hampers have ceased trading. Really sorry to all those awaiting their refunds
