I had a reply back today saying that he was waiting for a new cheque book that should arrive this week - once received, he would send the cheque straight out...
Does anyone have the link to he radio interview?

The link to the radio interview is on post 3493. At the weekend, if I get the chance, I'll analyse all the posts for who has had refunds, who is still waiting and the three who have said they're happy to put their trust in the [STRIKE]idiot[/STRIKE] bloke. I'm fairly certain many many more than 50 people were affected.
  • Add me to the no contact/ no refund list!
Apart from the blanket e-mails I have heard nothing!
To get a refund I have applied to my CC provider (I had ordered the 3+3 offer).
Completely hacked off and cannot bring myself to listen to interview coz I fear the computer will suffer!
So who wants to give me a 3 month interest free loan? NHC?

    Still waiting here...
Need a refund for £59.99 (3+3 free hampers)

    Action Taken
    emails sent
    spoken to the press
    Contacted CAB/Trading Standards
letter of action sent and still no reply- he probably knows its not worth my while actually taking him to the small claims as I'll have to pay fees etc

You'd have to pay the fees initially, about £30 I think, but he'll have to pay you back the costs when he loses or settles. I bet he'd quickly settle out of court before the costs mount up.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.
  • I'm still waiting for a refund too, was told at the beginning of January it would take 7 days but i'm still waiting!

Don't listen if you have high blood pressure.

Admits he wanted as many customers as possible to grow the business, but still not taking any responsibility for taking more orders than he could possibly fulfill. And he still feels threatened by us, apparently.

    Idiot.

Link to the radio interview for those who've not yet heard it.
