The Norfolk hamper company thread

It's so weird that he's been great with some customers and not with others! He's been fab with me, answering the phone and emails very promptly and I'm happy with the hampers I've had for the price I've paid. I'm sorry so many people have had problems and I hope you all get your goods/ refunds soon0

Don't listen if you have high blood pressure.
Admits he wanted as many customers as possible to grow the business, but still not taking any responsibility for taking more orders than he could possibly fulfill. And he still feels threatened by us, apparently.
Idiot.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Just listened to the interview! As already said, don't listen if you have high blood pressure! The bloke's unbelievable. And to think I gave him a 3 month interest free loan as well......:rotfl:0 -

Just reporting that I have had my PayPal claim sorted today with full refund of £5 into PayPal account and balance of £109.99 forwarded to my bank account as that was how I made my payment on 24th November. Will hang onto the 4hampers I received after Christmas to see if he makes any arrangements to collect them

Indeed. It's great news for the first receivers of cheques and I sincerely hope there is no bouncing of ANY of the refunds.
But it beggars belief that people are STILL yet to receive a refund, over a month AFTER these hampers were advertised and promised to be delivered. Plus some people have gone down the Paypal route and are still waiting for their claims to be settled.
Makes you wonder the true scale of things - we only have a picture of posters on here - and if he keeps running out of cheques.........0 -
Just had an email from PayPal in my favour for both orders, said this will be credited to you will be posted in 5 days, I paid on a credit card will it be returned on this does anyone know that paid by CC using PayPal as host. TIA
Thankyou:beer: for all the advice/help and posts on this thread:A as would have never known about going through paypal as never done anything like this before. Attempted to do it via my CC but a letter turned up and they wanted all sorts of paperwork pictures and evidence such a hassle I would have probably not bothered:(. So thankyou everyone :T
Hope everyone else has a satisfactory outcome:)0 -
I received the apology email but haven't received a single reply to any of my emails requesting a refund.
I paid via credit card so have opened a case with my bank.0
