Whenever I pay with PayPal and use CC as funding source, refunds get credited back to the card.

Millymolly I was going through resoloutions centre and got a telephone number which was a automated service and was getting frustrated and started again as I had done the transaction as host, had no ID numbers that were being recognised. second call ended up pressing second option and after not being able to answer their ? was put through to a person:A who was brilliant and explained they could still open a case as a host took my details it was so simple and straightforward in the end once you were put through to a human being lol. Just noticed you can contact customer service if you google Paypal click contact us, then call us follow the prompts and will give you a number for customer services it was definately easier than trying to claim on CC:A Mine was escalated immediately to Claim so only took 11days to get email back:j

Fingers crossed for you Good Luck:A

I see this thread is starting to slip down the pages now. I sincerely hope it's because everyone is getting their refunds or missing hampers.

Out of interest how many people on here still have their problem unresolved? It would be helpful to get an idea if many of the issues are being sorted. I'll get the ball rolling:

    Hi All,

    Just to let you know...

I got a phonecall from Neil, he has changed my order for me & has now swapped it for the 6month deal, (my Mum would still like the hampers so I went with that....) I will post the pictures on here when I get them through, he said he would ring me again just before they send them out to let me know when they are on the way, I've ordered the large fruit hamper & the Valentine one (for other half, not my Mum lol) :rotfl:

Hope everyone is warm & well, take care in the snow

Ordered half price £100 hamper in August. Paid approx half then and half in October as requested. Promised would be sent beginning of December. No hamper so cancelled just before Christmas and requested refund. Small hamper arrived 27th December. Neil replied to emails and apologised. Requested refund - promised would be sent a couple of weeks ago, then said sending it out last Tuesday. Still waiting.... :(
