If you are happy with your hampers then that is fine it is your choice.But please DONT promote this company on Mse anymore.For a lot of people this company has caused many many problems and lets not forget Paypal refunded people with no response from Neil.Not good customer service.Hopefully when everyone is refunded this thread can close because i would hate for anymore people to get caught out again, because a few people are still promoting this company.

My refund arrived this morning but for just £50 not the £54.99. I have emailed Neil requesting the rest of my money, so fingers crossed.

You're obviously too nice. You need to threaten the little crook with some legal action.
