Still waiting for refund here too, seemed futile posting. Sent two e-mails, trying to be patient.

Just got all my 8 hampers that I was waiting for - they came exactly as promised they would be so for all the doubters out there - they are coming.

I got exactly what I requested:

2 cheese to replace the 2 Xmas ones as Xmas now over
2 preserves( tray of 8 jars)
2 x sweet hampers ( beautifully packaged and lots of contents)
2 x free sweet jar hampers ( tray of 6 jars of sweets)

All beautifully packaged and all great

Yes they are later than originally expected but they are all fully utilisable ( couple of birthdays this weekend) and I for one am glad I did this deal.

I am also fully intending to keep in touch with this company not just because I am in their 1 a month hamper deal but also because I think their hampers are great.

And for all those still intent on bringing down his business just remember yes he did do wrong but two wrongs don't make a right. So give him time - he is now putting it right and has doubtlessly learnt from it

And no I have no links with the company, etc etc
  • I'm still waiting for my cheque also.., how long does it take to refund 50 people???

I can't wait for my hampers - have ordered various hampers over past 4 months - all have been received on time in perfect condition and with great customer service. Seems like some people just like to cast doubt on everything. I wish the company continued success and longevity!

Just asking if all your hampers were in time - had the august deal that you got said they would be delivered in january

My deal was the original August deal ( picnic hampers, preserves, apple juice etc). All the ones delivered today were the ones completing that deal. ( cheese hampers replaced the xmas ones a I requested I didn't want Xmas hamper after Xmas)

I also got 2 of the monthly deals in November - 12 of which I got in December to give to a hostel which were advocate baskets and the first monthly one which I choose as chilli so I still have 11 months worth of hampers over the course of 2013 to come.
