Maybe if he stopped posting on here and replied to a few emails, he might get the refunds done a lot quicker than in "the next 2 weeks".0 -
Well its gone quiet on here and he is doing the decent thing in refunding people, I wish NHC all the best for 2013 Good Luck Neil and all the best
I receieved an email from Neil stating he was putting a cheque in the post at the weekend. That was Friday its now Tuesday and there was no cheque arriving here so far.

Don't you think he's had long enough? Some people paid in August and are still waiting. If only he was as quick at giving refunds as he was at reporting everyone to the Police for calling him names.0 -

Hear hear. (Note the incorrect spelling.)
You're not Microsoft Word love, so keep to the topic. If you wish to continue correcting people, then make sure youre a fair teacher and don't favouritise the teacher's pets.
I agree with Cutho. Going on the radio will just cause more problems. Two wrongs don't make a right.
So finally someone from the "Neil"camp has admitted that he did make a wrong then0 -
Can't believe people are so forgiving (just because Neil has dished out 4 cheques in the past 2 weeks) and that Trading Standards continue to take a load of bull from the company.
As far as I can see, PayPal have been the best company here. No messing about with them. Complaint put in, instantly escalated, gave Neil a few days to respond; no response? Boom! Refund.
If you're reading Neil:
:hello:
Bye bye! That was the first AND last time I order anything from a company that you're associated with.
I sincerely hope those who are outside the 45 day PayPal window manage to get their refunds.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member
