  • Hi all, I've just received a cheque in the post refunding my money for an order placed in October. I'm very relieved. Hope everyone else gets sorted out ... am thinking at this stage it looks quite likely.:)

i have also had emails from neil apologising for not getting my hampers and how sorry he was for any upset this would have caused me ,
asked me how i would like my refund or if i wanted to carry on with the deal.
i have emailed back asking to carry on and stated which hampers i wanted
so hopefully i will upload pics when they arrive i see it as might as well give it a go it would take as long getting hampers as it would getting check and waiting for it to clear.
own personal choice i like the thought of getting hampers through the year as it will help me out .
better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all.

I knew things would sort out just a matter of time.

Still waiting for refund here too, seemed futile posting. Sent two e-mails, trying to be patient.

Cannot believe the scale of it all though. In the end it's going to take 3-4 weeks to sort out the refunds - cash flow problem or just the amount of unhappy customers? It frightens me to deal with this company again based on either assumption.

Your post is exactly why we need to keep this thread going. Yet another customer who has received no goods, and as of yet no refunds. Every day we're seeing more and more [STRIKE]victims[/STRIKE] unhappy customers come forward. That suggests to me that the extent of his incompetence and the scale of his lies to everybody, including Trading Standards, is far greater than we thought. And many, many more than the handful of moaning minnies that one of Neil's supporters (or alter egos) would have us believe.

Sort out for who? Certainly not the many, many people who have still not had their hard earned money back. Time to take those rose coloured specs off I think.
