just my update so far . I'm a little shocked to see how the thread for this company has changed and how many problems people have had!

I missed the 12 month order but managed to get the 2x hampers per month over 6 months deal for £70

I emailed and asked if I could have one of the hampers as a chilli hamper for my OH and received a call the following day to state that they had one made up in stock and that I could have it for Xmas if I wanted!!

it arrived and was brilliant. a great size, actually better than expected so I came back to this thread to see if anyone else has requested specific hampers for Jan and am saddened by what I see!

I'm going to contact the company on the 8th and make sure my hampers will be delivered. based on my experience so far I have no problems with them . hopefully this will still be the case

I've emailed them about my Jan hampers and had a response :) I looked at the chilli hamper, and am hoping to get one later on as part of the 6-month deal, once valentines and mothers day hampers are done with. Both of my brothers are chilli addicts :)

It is sad how things have gone for some customers, especially those whose hampers were for raffle prizes, and those for whom getting replacement presents is tricky (disabled, heavily pregnant etc).

It sounds like a lot of refunds have gone out to customers who didn't receive anything, so fingers crossed they will work through the 'not as described' orders soon.

Everything worked out ok for me but I do realise how upset other customers were. Hopefully the company will work out some sort of plan for if they do deals again so they don't get overwhelmed by too many orders.

Like sticking to the 15/20 deals offered, rather than hundreds?!

NHCo's version of 'soon', for my complaint, has stretched from 14th December (When DH was promised a reply to his phone call) to date.

Can you post a link to that as it might be useful for people who have concerns to see when they should start worrying, or not.

The end of the month thing had always been there. However, there were none sent at the end of December so they will be due from tomorrow onwards due them being closed especially for those that got none in December.

    Hi all,

Neil emailed me back saying that the next hampers are due the end of January and that I can choose what to put in them or choose 2 from the site. He also apologised that some of the others were not what was expected.

So i'm giving him a chance for the January ones hopefully they will be what i've ordered then my faith will be restored and I can forgive the mix up over the Christmas period.

I simply can't believe the number of people who are willing to give this idiot "another chance." He had £80 of mine from September 16th until December 30th with no intention of supplying any products, and he only refunded the money when forced to by Trading Standards and the sheer weight of customers he ripped off. Even taking into account the fact that he took on more work than he could handle, and also that he kept offering deal after deal, you cannot ignore the fact that he told countless lies to hundreds of people and let 99% of his "customers" down by either supplying late goods, substandard goods, or worst of all, no goods at all. On top of that, there are numerous people who have reported on here that they had trouble with this moron even before the Christmas fiasco, having to constantly chase up late orders or query missing items. I simply cannot believe how stupidly blind some people are. My advice to everyone who has given him money is get it back. He is too stupid to run a business.
