Hi, haven't posted on this thread but been reading the whole time. I ordered the 3+3 on 7th October, didn't receive anything (which was very annoying to say the least!) But I've received my refund today into the bank. Hopefully everyone will get the outcome they want!

Norfolk Trading Standards have posted another update on Facebook..

The Norfolk Hamper Company Limited – update 03.01.2013

We continue to be in contact with The Norfolk Hamper Company.

We understand that the business has already issued some refunds and is continuing to make this a priority. This process could take up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately the company have not been acknowledging complaints but we have been told that if you have already registered a complaint with the company they will be in touch. However we will continue to be in regular contact with the business to ensure that matters are sorted as quickly as possible. The priority has been to contact those customers who did not receive hampers and to refund where this has been requested. The business is also going to address other complaints received from dissatisfied customers.

We have advised the business and they are aware of their responsibilities under Distance Selling Regulations.

Consumers can find information on their rights by accessing our consumer briefing: http://www.norfolk.gov.uk/view/NCC116386 .

It is important that you report your complaint to Citizens Advice consumer helpline to enable officers to investigate the matter thoroughly. If you have not already done so, or if you require further advice please do so by calling 08454 04 05 06. Alternatively you can also log your complaint using the online reporting form which can be accessed on: https://ssl.datamotion.com/form.aspx?co=3438&frm=citacomplainform&to=flare.fromforms .

    Hi Guys,

Is there anyone who has received a few of their hampers from the 12+ 12 deal that they were not fully happy with but used it anyway (adding extras in lol) but have still put a claim into paypal?

I ask as after this all happened I thought give the guy a chance and emailed to ask about the next delivery for the 12 + 12 ones due in January. I asked nicely when to roughly expect delivery and if which ones I was to choose from in case they were not many in stock. I had no response again. I had already not received any response to my other emails asking if my hampers had been sent via Twitter and Email despite asking nicely.

So on the 2nd I emailed him and told him that I was concerned and if I didn't hear from him by the 3rd then I would be doing a paypal claim this is the email I received in return:

I'm sorry i did not get back to you sooner, yes the company is not going to close,im sorry the first ones were not as intended but they will be no problems with any future ones.
Im sorry for any upset i may have caused you.
    Regards
    Neil

I then emailed asking if I could make up my own basket and again when to expect delivery as these questions were ignored and i've not heard anything yet and from past experience I do not now expect to as it has not stated that I will be claiming if I don't hear.

I'm going to give him until today and if there is no response I will be putting my paypal claim in.

How did those that received and used ( I only used 2 out of 4 of my hampers despite all four being for presents as the other two were not good enough to use) go about asking for a refund etc and for what amount? As I used two do I take the price off of two of them for my refund?

    TIA

    Maz
