Hi all, haven't been able to post over Christmas and New Year due to being away. I am still waiting for a response from PayPal and NHCo about my 12 + 12 order. I submitted a claim to PP on 20 Dec (and immediately escalated it). I updated it from 'items not received' to 'item not as described' a few days later after I had received sweet hampers instead of Christmas items (and they were too late to give as gifts anyway). PayPal info says that seller had 10 days to respond, but I have not yet heard anything back from PP despite 10 days being up. Can I ask those of you who have received a PP refund when you submitted your claim?
I have also heard NOTHING from NHCo, despite cancelling via email, twitter and Royal Mail and requesting a refund (cancelled before receiving incorrect items but reconfirmed cancellation request after incorrect/late items finally arrived).
I am pleased that some have got their money back :j:beer:- fingers crossed for the rest of us.0 -
I have also just had a refund for a claim I submitted to Paypal, hope everyone else gets sorted too0

I also had a personal reply to my email yesterday, immediately after the autoresponse. Said he'll be sorting my refund in the next couple of days.0

I went into the PayPal dispute just before Christmas and escalated it just after, review date was the 1st, NHC had until yesterday to answer of course they did not, I got an email late afternoon stating that my monies are going to be refunded.20/12 PayPal dispute commencedHi all, haven't been able to post over Christmas and New Year due to being away. Thanks, maybe my update of having received incorrect item put the response time back by a couple of days.I went into the PayPal dispute just before Christmas and escalated it just after, review date was the 1st, NHC had until yesterday to answer of course they did not, I got an email late afternoon stating that my monies are going to be refunded.0 -
What email adress are you getting response to . I am getting none. I have sent a letter before action by email and intend to follow it up on Friday with a recorded letter seeing as they are closed till 8th January. I cannot claim via paypal as I paid in October. I do fully intend to follow up with action if I do not get my money back which was promised to me on 14th december .I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

have you ahd any of your hampers though
the way i see it i spend £110 and ive had 4 hampers out of 24
i see that as long as i get jan and feb then they have paid for themselves and any more is a bonus then
we all know that it was a very good offer and why people are moaning about some of the hampers is beyond me when you only paid less than £5 each
the hamper alone is more than that£30 Really? Well one I got as a hamper had a pack of biscuits, minature pot of jam, a minature jar of honey and a cake mix. In a bag.
I also got a sort of small bag not hampers . with a few sweets .:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:0 -
OK, I ordered the 12 Month Hamper deal , plus 2nd deal on 24/11/12
£110.00 plus Del 4..99
Paid £114.99 through PayPal
I asked for 2 x Xmas Hampers in Dec plus one Chilli and one Just Add Cheese as extra pressies instead of January hampers
I received 2 x Just Cheese trays with damaged cellophane, plus small Christmas tray and Galaxy hamper with reduced contents
Dispatched 24th attempted delivery 27th, delivered and signed for by neighbour on 28th. I had informed NHC that I would be away from the 22nd so delivery must be by 21st
I have raised a PayPal dispute today which was escalated to claim immediately - item received late, damaged and not what ordered
Have been given date of 11th January for decision by PayPal
I just can't trust that the remainder of order will be fulfilled
Sorry to quote my own post
I have added the fact that, on checking my PayPal account in resolution centre, I find that the date for review is 11th January, 10 days after claim made. I had said in my previous post that my dispute was upgraded immediately to a claim when I submitted it, and would point out that PayPal said that this was because 'seller was not able to deal with dispute' or 'seller not active' or omething like that. I assume that sometime before 1st January, Neil's PayPal account was closed rather than just frozen
