  • I Order the christmas hamper deal the big one worth £100 for £50.

Sadly I am over the 45days for paypal so can only claim £30 back :( (which I know is nowhere near what others could loss, but trust me when i say £50 would come in handy now especially as I still have NO hamper, and NO reply to my emails!).

Wish I knew what the magic way to email Neil to get a response was :( ....
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:

1 also ordered the 3+3 at the beginning of October - Paypal closed my claim as I was outside the 45 days, I have had no response from NHC or any cheque in the post so far ...

See my reply to Angelmum80. I think he's refunding people who've sent an official LBA first and the threat of legal action seems to make him move a bit quicker.

if said person had explained the situation to th recipiants im sure they would have understood as lots of things go astray at xmas
then maybe a nice email to neil could have sorted it
just with all the crap hes been dealing with i can understand him not sorting it out untill he had got as many out as he could
I sent nice emails with no reply, I rung NHC initially telling me the date for delivery had gone from the first week of December to the by the 14th of December date, then I tried to ring no end of times along with more polite emails...... Nothing from the NHC. I ordered the festive offer, nil delivered ...PayPal dispute in progress in which there has been no reply from NHC. A competent manager does not continue to take orders and make deadlines he cannot meet, he may have put up with some crap comments but it is of his own doing, nice does not seem to work with Neil which has been demonstrated and proven by so many on here.

I have had 2 hampers just before Christmas, one underfilled galaxy and one pathetic retro sweets.

Can I still put a claim in via paypal, even though I have had these. TIA
Starting to save £2 coins again, but it is a struggle:rotfl:Not doing very well keep spending them

I've had no reply to email sent on the 14th and 17th about an issue with my 3+3 order. My husband's getting annoyed now because there's no response whatsoever and he thinks I'm stupid for waiting for them to get around to answering me.

My earlier order (sweets and chocolate deal) was fine, and most of the 3+3 order was fine.

I've got another order which is the 6-month deal. I have tried letting them know which hampers I want in January but have had no response.

Another update would be helpful. Will the January hampers still be coming out, and are they going to read our emails to see which hampers we want?

    Happy New Year All!

Have just received e-mail from PayPal advising they are refunding me £114. Sent Neil many e-mails and he didn't have the courtesy to reply to any of them!

Hope you are all successful in obtaining refunds.

    What crap is that, exactly?

I think we are back on the 'my business would be great if it wasn't for buyers expecting to receive things they have paid for ' excuse again

I think so, yes, on the basis they were not as described.

I resent my email today and got the auto-reply, but I have had a personal reply already. Everything is sorted :D I'm guessing that there were just so many emails before christmas that they'd take forever to wade through.

So, like 'rooms' on the previous page I'm happy to wait for my hampers.
