I resent my email today and got the auto-reply, but I have had a personal reply already. Everything is sorted
I'm guessing that there were just so many emails before christmas that they'd take forever to wade through.
So, like 'rooms' on the previous page I'm happy to wait for my hampers.
So what are you saying you had an auto reply followed by a personal one? In what way is 'everything sorted'?:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -
Just posting an update re my paypal claim:
I've got two emails informing me that they were able to recover the funds for me. One claim was for the hamper club the other for the 12+12 deal. I hope to have the money back in my account within 5 days.
Fingers crossed others get their money back as well x0 -
I had a personal reply after the auto-reply, yes. They have made a note of what I want in January and will be sending me a replacement for the item I queried from my previous order.
Fingers crossed more emails will be replied to today onwards.52% tight0 -
Paypal are ruling in my favour and are refunding me £95 + £10!
I would advise everybody who is claiming through Paypal to make a further claim for their £10 membership subscription, if they haven't already.
It seems that Paypal WILL be refunding these smaller amounts too, so make sure you get everything that you're entitled to! :T0 -
Just received email from PayPal in my favour , hopefully the money will be back in my account within 5 days.Hope all receive their monies back or future hamper deliveries from NHC. Just would like to say thank you to all the people who have provided support on this forum, knowing you are not alone is so important, we have been the victims of total incompetence.0

Have checked my Paypal account and my refund money is already in my account so I have transferred it to my bank account.
They must have paid it instantly into my account after finding in my favour. It's not taking the 'up to 5 days' as stated in the emails so it's worth checking and getting the transfer transaction to your bank account done a.s.a.p.0 -
some will have it transferred straight back to their credit card and not have it sat in their paypal account, that is what they are referring to when they say can take up to 5 daysEver stop to think and forget to start again?0

I know some of us are now receiving refunds, some via paypal and others directly from Neil. Can I just ask - if there's a paypal dispute opened, and you've also requested a refund from Neil (like I have), what happens? Will Neil just not do his refund knowing that paypal will?0

Whichever way pays you back first, cancel the other. To be perfectly honest, I don't think he has a clue who he's paid back, same as the order process.0 -
