May I ask when you placed your order please, vjones?
i done the 12+12 deal on the 18th of nov
paid by card not paypal.
i am in no way trying to promote this company just my personal choice to give it another try as i did like the sound of getting 2 hampers per month as it would help me out as presents through the year. if i lose out its the risk i took .
i was same lines as everyone else on here very angry when mine didnt arrive, but over the weeks i have come to look at it different he did take on to much and handled it so wrong but life is full of mistakes and people are getting there money back if they wish i have just choose to give him another chance only time will tell0 -

I'm sure they are, but I can't see what that has to do with this hamper company?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well the worst that could happen is he closed the company and you lose your money it's up to

Still no response for me even though have sent several emails now. Got 4 substandard hampers sat at home and 4 hampers that didn't turn up. I'm way outside the Paypal claim limit (August) and Citizens Advice suggested I check the Terms and Conditions to check if he is in breach of contract. Then, to send a letter by recorded delivery stating how he is in breach and what I expect to be done about it. Interestingly they also said I should ask for compensation for time, stress, replacement gifts etc.
I'm pleased other people have started to get refunds. I just want this whole sorry mess to be over.....0 -

I would follow the advice of CAB and get your letter done ASAP. With all these refunds going out and limited access to being able to be paid for new orders the money might run out. just my update so far . I'm a little shocked to see how the thread for this company has changed and how many problems people have had!
I missed the 12 month order but managed to get the 2x hampers per month over 6 months deal for £70
I emailed and asked if I could have one of the hampers as a chilli hamper for my OH and received a call the following day to state that they had one made up in stock and that I could have it for Xmas if I wanted!!
it arrived and was brilliant. a great size, actually better than expected so I came back to this thread to see if anyone else has requested specific hampers for Jan and am saddened by what I see!
I'm going to contact the company on the 8th and make sure my hampers will be delivered. based on my experience so far I have no problems with them . hopefully this will still be the case£2 Savers Club #156!
Looking for holiday ideas for 2016. Currently, Isle of Skye in March, Riga in May, Crete in June and Lake District in October. August cruise cancelled, but Baby due September 2016! :j0 -
