I have had a reply to my emails today. I am promised a refund tomorrow.
I have to say, he did sound genuine, watch this space!
Do you know what if he had written to you offering you the refund 3 weeks ago id have most probably said yeh sounds like he knows it aint gonna happen and hes trying to sort this out the best he can
If he have said to me 3 weeks ago look for what ever reason this aint gonna happen by Xmas do u want a refund or i;ll keep trying to get the goods to u and for your troubles have say 10/15% off your next order - id have probably said right ok you held your hands up thanks for the money back and yeh 10/15% for next time yeh why not, and i bet i wouldn't have been alone ? some would never have dealt with him again but a few would have on that basis BUT NOT NOW NEVER EVER
I hope you and I and everyone else gets there refunds and discrepancies sorted out sooner rather than later but i do fear the worse -0 -

Hi, i hope you dont mind me asking, but what part of the country do you live and also are you still within your time frame to receive a refund via cards or Paypal. The only reason i ask is to see if there is a method behind who gets a refund.0 -

However, Neil did email me from his other address (the one listed on our purchase receipts). His response bore no acknowledgement of my request of a full refund; he totally ignored this, and just asked me to use the NHCompany email instead of his 'personal' one. However, we all know that sending emails to the NHCompany is a bit of a fools errand and gets you nowhere fast, since he has failed to respond to literally hundreds of emails!
Normally I'd respect someone's request not to be contacted on a particular email address if they didn't want to be, but I feel that we've been fobbed off enough. If Neil IS ignoring individual emails sent to the main account, and refunds turn out NOT to be forthcoming, then personally I fail to see why you shouldn't be able to voice your frustrations / requests to his 'personal' email too.
Well if you paid by PayPal I would reply to this email and say well I am entitled to email this address as this is the one my payment went to and you are not responding to anyone's query via the company email address.24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0 -

Ask him to send you the authorisation code if it's directly back onto your card or the transaction ID if via PayPal once it's done24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0 -

He's very good at sounding genuine, on the phone he sounds a lovely guy, which is probably what has kept everyone believing in him and trusting him. However after so many empty promises that he will send hampers/contact people/send a refund........tomorrow.......I certainly would not believe this will happen.
He seems to be stalling for time whilst busily covering his tracks. If he was a genuine business why would he be doing this?
I would encourage everyone to take action to salvage what they can from this; cancel orders, put in PayPal or credit card claims if you still can. There's plenty of advice on here & from Trading Standards on the best action to take. Do not trust that he will deliver on his promises, and then leave it too late to put in a claim!0 -
