Someone take a screen shot of the T&Cs as they are now. Also if refusing a delivery make sure it's put that it's refused. That way it's documented that you don't want the items re-sending, and therefore he can't try to apply the additional charge.There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0

bit of an update from me
i put a comment on the site via my orders stating this

still no hampers for this order and the others i have outstanding pls
take this as formal notice to refund my outstanding monies in the next 14 days other wise further action will be considered
i then get a reply from an unknown sender

The more I look at his website, the more the spelling mistakes and grammatical errors seem to leap out of the page at me... *sigh*
I didn't read the T&C's prior to purchase, and for some reason, though I've tried, I can't get a cached copy of them on google either?
The 'What Our Customers Say' section on their site is frankly laughable though.One of them mentions a letter received in with their goods - a 'personally signed letter' from Neil? Several mention 'great communication' and the like... To be frank, I don't believe they're all genuine for a minute, which means that at least on some level, Neil knows what he should be doing.
Ashellis - do you think he might try to refund the price you've paid, minus the £10.99 for 'attempted redelivery'? Not that I think he'd have a leg to stand on of course....0 -

Then he can take me to the small claims court for the £10.99 lol !!
I cancelled on 21st. The way it reads to me from his T&C's is that if you are out, the courier will dispatch back to him, and then if he needs to resend out to you again, then you will get charged the £10.99.
I wanted the goods delivered by 14th dec, so they can go back and forth to him all he wants, but until I get my full refunds, he can try and claim for a redelivery, but I want to see proof of it first as I don't want em, and certainly don't want them redelivered (cos if they are when hubby is here, the donut will probably just sign for em lol !!)0 -

I haven't posted on this thread before, but have been following it with interest, as I placed an order for the 12 + 12 deal at the end of November.
I exchanged a couple of emails with Neil in the run up to Christmas, but no hampers..................until today. I had asked for the initial 2 hampers to be the standard christmas one and the luxury christmas one, and then 2 a month until the end of time....
Well, blow me, a bloody great box turned up early this morning with 8 hampers in it. What's all that about? I should have refused it, but didn't. It was sent on the 24th - next day delivery.
Don't know whether to laugh or cry! A right fiasco.
Can I ask, those of you that have received any hampers, did you receive any paperwork with them? I thought that someone had mentioned earlier that they did, but can't find their post now.0 -

No paperwork for me although the boxes were so damaged it could have fallen out of one of the gaping holes0 -

It was the blatant lack of goodies that was immediately apparent when I opened the box though, so the lack of receipt didn't occur to me until later.0 -

You may cancel an order up to 24hrs Before the requested delivery date. However if we receive notice of your cancellation after then 24hrs before the delivery date you maybe too late to halt the delivery
