I paid by paypal as i cant remember seeing other options on website and i have a paypal account so that i do not have to give card details to companies I do not know. Paypal is not the issue just the refund process it seems when a company lets down many0

Can i ask a question .Why did so many people pay through paypal when he has other options for payment on hes website
I'm fairly sure it was the only option in September when I ordered. I use both a credit card and my bank account as back ups for Paypal, and switch between them as appropriate. in this case, I'm glad I switched to the credit card, although I had a balance of about a fiver from Nielsen survey payments so I stand to lose that if I can't get the money back from NHC.0 -

I agree - when I ordered in September I don't remember there being any other options, so PayPal it was. Feel like a total muppet now - I can't help but think he did that intentionally so we'd be beyond the magic 45 days.
My claim with Citizen's Advice Bureau is done and dusted now. I can't help but think the more people who do this, the better. For one thing, if the CAB receive over 60 complaints they will have concrete proof that NA (whoever he might be - "nada" or N/A at this rate) lied to Trading Standards without so much as batting an eyelid.0 -

It was the only option back in October. I usually use my card for online stuff unless there is only paypal. I have the info saved on roboform so it's far easier to pay via credit card than paypal. I would never have chosen paypal over credit card.
Looks very deliberate doesn't it! I no longer believe this is a poor little man who got in over his head. I honestly think this was planned from the start.:A

I have never heard of card save?24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0

Simple, he needs new orders to pay for the refunds. This is something trading standards will take a very dim view of, it's breaking the law to continue to sell when your business is in the sort of mess NHCompany is.:A

This will be because his PayPal account has been frozen to conduct transactions. As Toto correctly states he now needs to raise revenue to even attempt to repay some people as there is probably a big fat zero balance in the PayPal account!24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0
