Well spotted maxtweenie! If you look under "our" finest hampers!! Speaks volumes!

Still haven't received any of my 12 + 12 deal. Am still within 45 days through Paypal so hoping for refund through them.

No i thought the OUR was significant but it refers to the terms used on the NHCo website

I didn't post the link to post 56 so we could argue about the wording. I did it to draw attention to the fact that the poster was in all probability Neil's wife Caroline shamelessly promoting one of their hamper deals in a blatant attempt to suck more people into the scam. I believe that this proves that she was a willing participant in the duplicity rather than an innocent bystander.

I visited the norfolk hamper company shop today and purchsed one of there deals. I only paid £90.00 for 12 hampers i thought i would let you all know. If you look under our finest hampers on there website i've been told by one of the staff this is limited to the first 50 customers.

Thought I'd better quote the actual post as I have a feeling that it might be suddenly removed.
• I ordered the 6 plus 6 Hamper deal back in September. Neil told me, via twitter, that mine 'would be with me 18/19th December. You'll not be surprised to hear that I've no hampers & no responses to my emails & tweets. I paid by cheque so I guess I've lost my money (!)
He has, obviously, closed his twitter account down but I have found that a new account - Norfolk Hamper Co - have very recently opened a new twitter account.
I'm disgusted that this guy can be so blatant in his disregard for his 'customers' and seemingly get away with it.
I have 4 children & limited income. I Ordered these for presents, like many others, I had to find the money, the weekend before Christmas, to buy different gifts.
I will not give up on my money without a fight & I'll certainly be watching this new twitter account closely.

I have to say, he did sound genuine, watch this space!

Just noticed all these in the T&C's on their website. Haven't seen any of these before...has anyone else? Bit convenient the last one isn't it? and I would bet only added recently due to the p*** poor spelling of the word "guarantee". What is the point of emailing the sales@ address as you don't get a reply. Also this email address is never used by them when sending out the group email updates...

Please note: If a delivery is returned to us because the courier was able to deliver the goods & we have to re-send they will be an additional charge of £10.99 to cover our cost's.

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services team by email to sales@thenorfolkhampercompany.co.uk

During peak periods we will try & meet delivery times but can not gaurantee delivery on a certain day or date due to our stock/supplier and couriers at these busy times.

Only the bit that says "During peak periods we will try & meet delivery times but can not gaurantee delivery on a certain day or date due to our stock/supplier and couriers at these busy times." is new the rest was always there on the delivery page including the mention of the £10.99 fee.
You can see how some pages have changed if you use the wayback machine. For example this is how the delivery page looked on the 2 May 2012.

I believe you can serve a LBA by email, yes and keep the proof.
I like the post thing with proof of postage, but maybe do both as this shows you have tried to resolve issues ................... something he can't seem to do ....................... yet.
He actually deserves CCJ's now, so give him the chance to decide .......... load the gun fully and stop playing.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but earlier I emailed a Letter Before Action (LBA) to both of the email addresses we have access to, in the hope that if the main email account is being ignored the other one might be more active...

No surprises I got a generic reply from the main NHCompany address which says:

"Please note if you are contacting us regarding a refund we are working through these and you will be contacted once this has been done for you.We are going to get through these as quick as possible for you.
We are sorry you did not receive your hampers in time for Christmas & we apologize for any upset this may have caused.
Regards
The Norfolk Hamper Company
"

However, Neil did email me from his other address (the one listed on our purchase receipts). His response bore no acknowledgement of my request of a full refund; he totally ignored this, and just asked me to use the NHCompany email instead of his 'personal' one. However, we all know that sending emails to the NHCompany is a bit of a fools errand and gets you nowhere fast, since he has failed to respond to literally hundreds of emails!

Normally I'd respect someone's request not to be contacted on a particular email address if they didn't want to be, but I feel that we've been fobbed off enough. If Neil IS ignoring individual emails sent to the main account, and refunds turn out NOT to be forthcoming, then personally I fail to see why you shouldn't be able to voice your frustrations / requests to his 'personal' email too.

• I have just been on NHC page and logged on to be given this error message - Your email address and password does not match our records, Please try again.

However on pressing the down page button it showed me as logged in and then gave the order number which linked to my order page. I have taken a screenshot of my order incase he is intending to delete all info and we won't be able to prove what we ordered?

Find it all very odd.

I still have not recieved anything or had any replies to emails.
Very sad and annoying, but I am greatful that I haven't spent as much as others and i hope that everyone does manage to get their money back.
I need to start saving so I plan to save £2 a week to start with:beer:
