You may cancel an order up to 24hrs Before the requested delivery date. However if we receive notice of your cancellation after then 24hrs before the delivery date you maybe too late to halt the delivery
To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched you must notify customer services team by email to [EMAIL="sales@thenorfolkhampercomany.co.uk"]sales@thenorfolkhampercomany.co.uk[/EMAIL]

Email what you have to the TS people and get them to compare it to what is on his website now.

I cant see anything on the terms page about 10.99 at all. I Can see that you have 14 days after recieving the items to return it for a refund in the form of a credit note.

It's under "delivery" and is in a curiously different font style and size!!!

Why would anyone view the delivery page? it doesn't have a link to it or anything from the normal shopping flow.

One would think that surely it should be within the T&C's section, as clearly he has created T&C's especially for deliveries, there are costs involved in this delivery section not disclosed on his main T&C's.

Well spotted maxtweenie! If you look under "our" finest hampers!! Speaks volumes!

Still haven't received any of my 12 + 12 deal. Am still within 45 days through Paypal so hoping for refund through them.
