The shame of it is that by receiving these parcels after Christmas any savvy money saver knows they can walk into the sueprmarket now and buy Christmas goodies heavily discounted. Some shops will knock 75% off Christmas cakes and things once Christmas has gone.

I think there is a great deal of monetary difference between getting a Christmas hamper before Christmas, and getting one afterwards.

Ch26 - that is identical to the Xmas hamper I received today as part of the 12+12 deal so no way is it a special or "Large"!

I have had to go out for 3 hours or so. Just got back and it seems as if you have removed the picture of the emails. Was there a reason for this?

I thought that but am on my phone so wasn't sure if it was playing up. And if I question anything I just get called a doubter. I have got the screenshot though for TS purposes to support that there has been a declaration that refunds have indeed been started today by Neil. It also backs up that he is only communicating to someone that is a non customer.
24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence?

  • For ch26 (sorry new user so can't do links at the moment) re: Christmas Hamper.

I'm so glad you posted that list, I'm sure this is the same hamper I ordered way back in August, paid £20 deposit with £30 to be paid later. We opted for picking up our hamper as we live fairly near and decided to save the £4.99 delivery. Anyway when we got our hamper home and looked through it I said to my husband that I didn't feel I had received the full amount of items as listed on the site. Unfortunately when I went back to the site the list had disappeared. This is what I received:

    Blueberry Jam
    Raspberry Jam
    Christmas Pud
    Christmas Cake
    Marmalade with Whisky
    Chilli flakes
    Coriander seeds
    Ginger and Soy sauce
    Cranberry sauce
    Apricots in Whisky
    Honey
    Apple Jelly

I also ordered the 6+6 deal and ended up having to pick some of those up at the same time too due to failed delivery.
