  • I have made a PayPal dispute and emailed norfolk hampers but to be honest everything is going over my head. Hope you don't mind me asking but could anyone point me in the right direction to anything else I should do. Thankyou

ppc_guy you being involved and being sent emails literally makes this a billion times worse for all of us let down customers. We all just want a decent personal email or letter and a full refund or in some cases replacement items and to never have to hear or deal with this company again as they have ruined christmas for us. For the company to have time to email you but not any of us makes it even worse as we have all been humiliated enough this December.

use the citizens advice form as requested by trading standards. I have done everything needed but not had a refund or response though so the best of luck with your claim.

Thanks PPC for posting this. I never for one minute doubted you had an open line of communication. What the problem is is the lack of replies to the actual customers which I think you will agree is his biggest problem.

I do chuckle though at the 'this is what he has been advised to do' regarding group emails. I don't know of any solicitors open Xmas and Boxing Day! And as you correctly point out there is nothing on here that is libellous. Purely factual and he will damage this more with yet more threats to people. He has already made that mistake and the customers have more weight than him if it came down to it on the 'factual' road.

To clarify, I am not !!!!ed at you but Neil, I am utterly frustrated that he chooses to converse with someone uninvolved, and I am expressing that.
I admit to really not fully understanding why you are involved, but the fact remains that you shouldn't be. Neil should have the brains and balls to sort this himself. In the time he's spent emailing you he could have refunded probably 50 or so PayPal refunds, I don't understand his mindset at all.

Er has it not occurred to anyone that this poster could be the guy himself or someone in his family ?

So where is the email he was sending later to us all as quoted in that email to PPC on Boxing Day. Just double checked my email and I have had nothing since Tuesday. Anyone had anything?

I did see someone on Twitter in earlier months who was quite vocal about this company warning people to stay clear. I can't remember their name on there but I know, along with others, they were blocked
