Rebecca,
my emails come through my own webserver which is for my work. I dont have these on my phone.
The fact you are implying im digging a hole is incorrect. but you can always be a doubter. It doesnt affect me like ive said so i can just back out of the thread and leave everyone in limbo if you want?
Odd as the screenshot you just posted of the email you sent to Neil was off your iPhone 20 mins after posting this.
Don't suppose he has said which refunds for which people?24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0 -
And you believe him?
Hands up anyone here who has heard anything today? anyone got a brass fathing of their money back? thought not.
Buying time to do a bunk is more likely.:A

To be honest, if refunding back to a bank or credit card directly it can take 3-5 working days for the transaction to appear. Think PayPal is instant or a day or so24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0 -
Daffy,
The emails get pulled to outlook on my pc. they are then removed from the web server. this means i can send anything from the iphone but as outlook is on a 5 minute refresh any emails on the server are there for 5 minutes. this is the period i can view them on my phone.
Doubt as you will.
also i too havent seen anyone with any signs of a refund on here.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I didn't doubt but you implied you could not access emails off your phone. No emails have been sent since Tuesday as far as updates go. Surely a courtesy email should be coupled with each refund as it has been processed24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0 -
does anyone have links to the christmas hampers as now not on the website and im trying to view what should have been in the ones I really did order in case paypal need more information off of me.0

Well as long as people are getting the refunds that is the main thing. Please post on if and when you see them. I have the screen shot of the email stating that some refunds have been started today so will forward to TS for when they follow this up as per their FB comment earlier. That will again satisfy any concerns. Thanks ppc for your help. It is appreciated despite my confusion24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence? :beer:0
