  • No delivery or refund for me today.

Think I would have been more shocked if I had.

As some on here have received deliveries today that were despatched on the 24th it just shows that Neil's Christmas obviously takes place on a different day to the rest of us.
I know he said in some of he is later emails etc that he was delivering for the Christmas period but for me Christmas is the 25th December. After that it's the run up to New Year & then New Year itself.

btw just had another look and both of the just had cheese hampers i got are packed by blueberry foods so have come in assembled in the box and then just need to be sent out to us (if you are the one who has ordered that one that is). So no packing whatsoever was needed for these apart from posting them out to a customer. Theres a barcode even on them (5023944024746) so its the sort of pre packed one you can buy from garden centres etc. nothing wrong with that normally but there is when the company havent got you the order as supposedly "packing" and other lies.

the barcode gives a link to fosters who are a wholesaler which as i said is not a problem normally but is when this company have lied time and time again. in their christmas brochure here we will see the majority of the christmas hampers so they are all just bought in made up from fosters and then they just had to send them out to us so no excuse for any of these problems and they obviously knew a month ago if they had enough in or not: http://fostersfoods.businesscatalyst.com/Fosters%20Christmas%20Brochure%202012%20Pt1.pdf

ppc_guy, can you confirm whether or not you have told Neil to continue sending orders out, despite them being too late for their purposes, i.e. Christmas.

I only ask as it seems to me that you have more involvement than you are letting on. As a car clamper, is there any reason why you would be registering with sites that make direct deliveries to customers on behalf of retailers? I am also beginning to think that you have had previous contact with Neil probably via golf. Can you categorically deny that you are not helping a mate fleece customers by pretending to help them. Thanks.

Both links and photos still remain online:

The second e mail had disappeared earlier. It just had you saying here's the update and the link had disappeared
  • have found out the Local Enterprise Partnership part funded this thenhcompany ltd and after much delving and following hidden paths im sure ppc works for them maybe?
it also seems mr alvey runs 3 other websites doing hampers all hidden behind various ltd companies and using ltd companies as registra,s this is bigger than people realised. he even has a dormant ltd company selling hampers that is officially dormant on companies house.
there are also dropship companies who have taken order for hampers (on one it says CHRISTMAS 2012 Delivery
Delivery of all orders will be made as soon as possible after Christmas.) http://www.distinctlybritish.co.uk/
and the address and contact details seem to have gone off this site since dec
im still digging and have passed all my info to the police (still no hampers or refund)

There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

    Strawberry Preserve
    Raspberry Preserve

You appear to of been sent a 'Luxury Christmas Treats Hamper' (with a few substitutions) which they sold at £34.99 definitely not £100.

Bilko are you allowed to post the names of the other ltd companies? If not can you make sure TS are also made aware too. This whole thing has made me feel sick to the stomach now
