You need to send it to the registered address:
    Registered Office

    64a High St
    Caister On Sea
    Gt Yarmouth
    Norfolk
    Nr30 5eh

    Info HERE

Lots of template letter samples if you get stuck - though maybe someone one to put together a one you can all use??
I would not normally give 14 days (7 is suffice), but being the time of the year, 14 may be more apt.

    Lynsey

so if we send this as an email with a read receipt that must also count as we will have proof that it was received?

I'm quite concerned that you have e mail from bm dropship on your second e mail. That can't be a coincidence?

Maybe you should look at what they dropship before becoming so concerned. There's a good mark up on underwear and everyone needs it.

And the email address of Neil is private. Its his email not mine.

Bilko are you allowed to post the names of the other ltd companies? If not can you make sure TS are also made aware too. This whole thing has made me feel sick to the stomach now
ive sent the info i have uncovered to ts and police, wont post the other companies details as last time i posted anything like that it got pulled, so best be safe (one is mentioned if you follow the trail of ltd companies from the site mentioned in my post)

I believe you can serve a LBA by email, yes and keep the proof.
I like the post thing with proof of postage, but maybe do both as this shows you have tried to resolve issues ................... something he can't seem to do ....................... yet.
He actually deserves CCJ's now, so give him the chance to decide .......... load the gun fully and stop playing.

So if its private how did you get it? Because you said the shop was closed on the 2 visits you made there on Xmas eve.
24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence?
  • And why obscure Neil's e-mail address - wouldn't divulging this help you to help us?? So many posters on here have shared whatever information they have in order to help others. Why, if you have an e-mail address that he responds to, would you not want others to have that 'priveleged' information? We are all of us in this together (aren't we?).

I couldn't work out how to multi-quote when I posted this, so to explain (!) - I'm refering to a post by pcc_man saying that on his screen shots of e-mails to him, he has obscured personal information (fair enough), and Neil's e-mail address.............

Thanks Bilko for forwarding to the appropriate authorities. This saves a lot for everyone else and I appreciate your time spent on doing it and your detective work :)

  • That may be one umbrella of dropshipping your involved in but as your well aware, any product can be used for this. You can't blame people on mse for being suspicious, especially when your involved with these sorts of practices. I was aware of what it was, thank you

The email address came from Neil's golf profile before it was hidden. I have posted on here to attempt to show you guys that im not connected for him and not acting for him. He asked me not to post it so i didnt at the time directly. Now people doubt who i am so i put it on here to show you original emails
