  • Morning All, Hope everyone enjoyed a little peace and happiness over the past few days despite this saga.

I didn't look in over the last two days and have just had a quick read through the posts for those days, and think I might be missing something - I'm wondering why pcc person might have expected NHCo to hand over hampers for him to deliver? For someone to turn up offering to take hampers out at this time of year in the throes of all this publicity would seem to me to be viewed by most companies as opportunist. Now I'm not suggesting for a moment that this pcc person saw this as an opportunity to acquire a few hampers, but if I was in this business position I wouldn't consider handing anything over to an unknown person to deliver, and would consider it to be very unprofessional if I did. So why would pcc person think this might happen? What am I missing??
  • I am confused and not sure what to do now had called the CC company Sunday saying goods had not been received and to start making a claim.

Christmas eve had 2 hampers turn up one cheese and a galaxy one. BUT had 2 seperate orders for 12 + 12 deals one which should have been delivered to my mum which hasn't arrived. My one was suppossed to be the chilli hamper for DH and a Christmas one and mums was supposed to be cheese and christmas so makes no sense as galaxy wasn't one requested and is definately like others far less than should be the cheese seems great but haven't opened as think should be sending back but if do that still get no money back or any hamper.:undecided

Although within time people talking about with Paypal there is no record of that so wondering when went through was it as wasn't signed in and clicked as host.:o

So that is why went CC route.

Think galaxy was supposed to be this Red colour what I actually got in hamper

    Cookie & Crunchie bar 71g 44g

    Galaxy orange + shortcake bar 197g 45g

What sort of business communicates with its customers via an annonymous third party on an internet forum instead of posting information regarding refunds on their own website?

  • Sorry havent read through the thread since christmas, but if any hampers turn up now, refuse them. and write in the delivery slip too late.

it looks as though he thinks it will all go away if you get some sort of hamper. but he has seem to forgotten that most of these hampers were for christmas, he thinks if he sends hampers out late he doesnt ahve to give refunds..

also he still has to pay for the delivery, even if you refuse it;)

My Dad received his hamper today, all be it late and was really thrilled, I'm guessing my mother in law will receive hers today too.
So I will be sending Neil a 'Thank you' email.

Were they part of a deal? have you got the rest of them? Will you?

Your thank you email will be used for the website to lure more unsuspecting customers in!
