    Rebecca,

my emails come through my own webserver which is for my work. I dont have these on my phone.
The fact you are implying im digging a hole is incorrect. but you can always be a doubter. It doesnt affect me like ive said so i can just back out of the thread and leave everyone in limbo if you want?

I really do not understand why you are the only person being communicated with? Why will we be left in limbo if you leave the thread?

Like i said im not at home right now. I havent had any emails mentioning refunds being processed

Well when you do speak to him again via email or by phone, can you advise him that he is going to receive my small box back, as I refused delivery.

I was waiting for 18 hampers and they certainly were not all in the one small box that turned up today.

My contract was breached by him once the 14th Dec had past, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently until 21st Dec, then informed him to cancel all my 3 outstanding orders and to refund.

Then this piddly little box arrives today. So refused delivery. There is no way he sent all my outstanding orders out on 21st, and so email stating I want to cancel was valid and timely. He did not action my email and cancel my orders, again he just ignored emails and went to the trouble of sending anyway.

I expect a full refund, not only for the orders he did not bother even sending, but also for the goods I refused today. The contract entered into was for delivery by 14th Dec, this did not happen. A weeks grace was given, and so expect some grace back now.
  • And ppc guy, perhaps you will be able to seek reassurance for the others, and myself, that in the New Year all the monthly deals will still be sent every month, and also reassurance that we will not have to chase every single month for goods that have already been paid for etc.
  • I am utterly infuriated that you and Neil are best buddies it seems with him updating you and keeping you in the loop. You have lost no money here and were completely uninvolved. Why the HECK can't he blumming well update us?!

I am so livid that we are supposed to be grateful that you are giving us little snippets of information from him. I just want him to hit bloody refund on PayPal, and now.

Neil, if you are reading this, please PLEASE sort this out. Many of us just cannot afford to lose this money so dig deep, find some moral fibre and sort it for goodness sake .

    In limbo??

    I don't think so!!
With the greatest respect, Trading Standards may, albeit may just have a little more "clout" than yourself and they are involved.
It is looking more and more like systematic deception and I wouldn't be surprised at all at a prosecution.

    REDOUBLE,

Like i said i got involved on xmas eve to try and help deliver some hampers so people got them. I did this off my own back out of my own time and would have been my own fuel and my own car had it panned out. I made 2 trips to Caister to see if i could catch someone at the shop, i also called the BBC and Norfolk police to pass over my details to Neil if they could.

So i have lost small amounts of money. i am not best friends with Neil and i have no further vested interest. HOWEVER i am doing what i feel is right for you all and trying to get Neil to give you refunds (those who want refunds as i have had a couple of PM's saying people still want the hampers)

If you dont like the fact he is replying to me or the fact i post updates on here then sadly for you that is TOUGH. I dont care if it upsets you, makes you sad or makes your eyes turn red. I will continue to press Neil to give you all your money back and i will spend my OWN time doing it. (clearly not for the appreciation of some people on here)

Did you give them the "full" update, hope you did !!
Ie twitter been taken down, website changed and still no replies or refunds given, still a lot of hampers not received etc!!

But hey, he will have some back now I have refused my small delivery, so perhaps he can resend out to someone who wants them !!
    yep told him ;)
  • I'm trying to figure out whether he took as many orders as poss early on and advised people to pay via PayPal (as he did with me), as he knew after 45 days we'd be screwed and couldn't claim?

Am I right in thinking we can't claim a chargeback via CC of under £100?

If you were genuine, would you take more orders than you knew you would cope with and risk upsetting customers and getting bad feedback?

I think he just saw the ££££ signs!

Anyway it's backfired, the shame of being in local rag, radio and BBC news......he must be so humiliated and his family too!
