    well i have not recieved anything today or any emails :(
    I have now opened a dispute in paypal.

    Sadly though because i ordered back in august i had to pay£24 deposit and the remainder was in november, so looks like i can only claim £30 - still better than n othing i guess.

    does that mean some of us paid in installments? I had to make a one off payment for all 24 hampers.

    i think that for every upset customer prob 9 others have recieved there orders. Just the upset customers come out to show there anger

    Perhaps a little unfair to other small companies! I am a small business and have worked like crazy in December, all my customers have their gifts, free gift wrap too! Not easy, not much sleep sometimes and a great deal of hard work. Most small companies are genuine people trying to make an honest living :)

    well nothing for me, paypal dispute has not changed, not even the standard email to all has been sent to my inbox and definitely not a personal email!

    Think you've got it the wrong way round.

    For every satisfied customer there are nine upset customers.

    i think this guy is genuine just took too much on or his suppliers didnt have enough stock for the orders he took on.
    i got my order yes a week late but they are lovely

    i dont believe that there are as many upset customers to pleased customers as u suggest
    yes maybe 60 upset on here but surely he must have taken 1000+ orders

    Yes I did, whoever gets me the money back first (hopefully someone will) then I'll cancel the dispute / charge back on the other.

    i cant see contacting all these people will help
    they have already shown to not have put a bad light on the compay and surely if that many people were upset there would be a massive write up about him spoiling xmas for xxx
