  • I'm really not quite sure how to use this site as I use twitter, I don't even know how to use Facebook. I felt like I had to post about my experiences with this company so you could make an informed choice. Xx

My order changed to "pending" today - I also put in my PayPal claim today.
  • I am giving it till Monday if nothing arrives then I will be claiming back a refund via PayPal. I feel more annoyed that I checked them out at the ideal home show and thought it all looked good, hence why I ordered. The hampers weren't for presents so I am not stressing, just annoyed why state something will be delivered when clearly it isn't!
  • What does it mean if someone thanks you for your post. I do apologise as new. Does it mean they have replied or not????xx

My order shows as "completed". Huh? I've had 10 of my 12 hampers and none of my freebies!

It just means they like or agree with what you have said. xx

Don't worry we were all new once. Any questions just ask away.

If somebody puts something in a post that you find useful or funny etc you can thank them by pressing the 'Thanks' button.

If you want to reply to them you can press 'Quote' then post, and their post will come up in yours.

If you want to more than one post (upto 3) you can press multi quote ( the speech bubble) then post.

    Good luck late shoppers

Have found you can still have Christmas flowers and plants delivered on Xmas Eve from M&S with no delivery charge if that helps anyone

I definitely would not recommend as until this hassle the worst present fiasco i had had this year involved a m and s plant being delivered to me as a present. complete and utter nightmare and yes refund given but no plant on time and when arrived pot in pieces :mad::mad::mad:

    The Norfolk Hamper Company

thank you its night time now and i am yet to even get sent that!
  • I've raised a claim with Paypal and it says the company have until 1st January to reply, I've just checked my status and it says pending.

What happens if I received my 2 hampers before 1st January and they add a delivery number to Paypal, but then I don't received anymore hampers next year.

How do I can my money back then? :o
